1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by taya55 ("taya55," "we," "us," or "the Company") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with your use of the taya55 online gaming platform, accessible at taya55.org and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• Username chosen at registration

• Government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, voter's ID)
• Selfie or live photo for identity matching where required
• Proof of address documentation where requested
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts as required under AMLA

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal amounts, dates, and methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.)
• GCash or Maya account reference numbers (not full wallet credentials)
• Bank account names and numbers for verified withdrawal accounts
• Transaction history and account balance records

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session history, bet amounts, results, and timestamps
• Game preferences and frequently played categories
• Bonus and promotional offer usage history
• Responsible gaming limit settings and session data

4.1 Directly from You

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

taya55 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers

taya55 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements. These include: payment processors (GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PesoNet, banks), identity verification and KYC platforms, cloud hosting and data storage providers, IT security and fraud detection services, game technology providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, etc.), and customer support platform providers. All service providers are contractually bound to process personal data only on taya55's instructions and in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

7.2 Regulatory and Legal Authorities

taya55 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of taya55 or its assets, personal data held by taya55 may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. Affected players will be notified of any such transfer.

taya55 may share your personal data with third parties in any other circumstances where you have given explicit, informed consent for such sharing.

9. Data Security

taya55 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security measures include:

• AES-256 SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and taya55 servers
• Encrypted storage of sensitive personal data at rest, including KYC documents and financial information
• SMS OTP two-factor authentication for account logins from new or unrecognized devices
• Automated fraud and anomaly detection systems that flag unusual login activity or transaction patterns in real time
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data to those with a legitimate operational need

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, taya55 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players as soon as practicable, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act's breach notification requirements.

Some requests may require identity verification before we can fulfil them, to ensure we do not disclose data to unauthorized persons.

If you are unsatisfied with taya55's response to a data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.

13. Children's Privacy

The taya55 platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. taya55 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

14. Amendments to This Policy

taya55 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last updated.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way we process your data — taya55 will notify you by email to your registered address and by prominent notice on the taya55 platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect.

Your continued use of the taya55 platform after the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
